Our award-winning bonbons are made using smooth water ganache for a lighter, cleaner base that allows each ingredient to shine. We work with 70% Pacific origin chocolate, prized for its depth and balance, and hand-paint each piece with colourful cocoa butter. Through this process, every bite becomes a work of art.
