Made with the husks of the cacao bean, which are a by-product of chocolate making, cacao tea is really good for you and has a mysterious chocolatey taste. High in antioxidants, sustainable and waste-reducing, 100% plant based and full of minerals and vitamins, such as magnesium, iron and zinc. Brew it like any other loose leaf tea, add milk, or sweeten it with honey or cinnamon for example, and in summer it’s delicious as an iced tea. 150g

Free from caffeine so you can drink it any time of the day. Contains theobromine, the mood-boosting stimulant, which is very different to caffeine. It has a slow release effect and helps release your body’s natural endorphins and increase feelings of wellbeing.

You can put your used bags in your own home compost or worm farm, containing heat, water, oxygen, soil and micro-organisms (pop the paper tag in your recycling). They can also be disposed of in a commercial composting facility.
